My account says it no longer exists; what does that mean?

As of May 2021, we have changed website domains and due to this, old accounts associated with the previous domains no longer exist.

All orders made prior to this date will be available in our system, please contact the Ghostfire Gaming Support Team and they will be able to provide you with the order progress for you.

If you have previously purchased digital content and can no longer access this, we would suggest you create an account on our website. Once you have completed this, please let our Ghostfire Gaming Support Team and they will be able to link your order to your account.
