WE RECOMMEND TO ENTERING AN ADDRESS THAT YOU CAN BE AS CERTAIN AS POSSIBLE, WILL BE SECURE IN 12 MONTHS FROM YOUR TIME OF BACKING.

If fulfilment has NOT begun and addresses have NOT been locked:
If you are at this stage of the process, you will still be able to adjust and check your address details via your BackerKit account. Simply re-log in to the ‘I’m a Backer’ section of the website, with your Kickstarter details, and access the 'Shipping' section of your account: https://www.backerkit.com/backer_accounts/sign_in
Additionally you can also change this through your BackerKit Survey. Through your survey, click the 'go to page' drop down on the top right side of your survey to select 'Shipping'. You will be able to adjust and continue to re-confirm your address from this part of the survey.
If addresses have been locked for the project and fulfilment has begun:
Once orders have been locked, and our order fulfilment process is underway, we are unable to manually change addresses where shipping labels are printed and orders have been packed. We recommend to contact the courier once you receive your tracking number via your BackerKit account, in order to have this changed.
If unable to change this with the courier once you receive the tracking number, please contact us as soon as possible and we can try to make the change with the courier. Depending on the courier and the stage of fulfilment, we may not be able to make the change and don't guarantee this to backers. It is for this reason that we'd encourage all backers to let us know of any address changes as soon as possible, and to consider having items posted to an address you hope to be secure come fulfilment time.
When fulfilment begins, we will post consistent updates on the Kickstarter update section in relation to the status of all pledge orders. This will be the best section to check in relation to the status of your order prior to receiving your tracking information.
