How is shipping currently?

COVID-19 has caused an unprecedented global shipping crisis. The entire shipping industry still has not adjusted to the increase in global demand alongside the lowering of available labor supply. This has caused persistent delays and massive increases of shipping costs with both ocean and air shipments as companies must outbid each other for space on cargo vehicles.

Chinese New Year will likely cause some further delays in worldwide shipping and manufacturing. We also expect this to impact us from 31st Jan to 7th Feb.


Why was I asked to pay VAT on arrival? 
Unfortunately, the implementation of both Brexit and IOSS numbers in the UK and EU have greatly complicated the Tax landscape of Europe as a whole. While we are working on obtaining all the relevant identifiers necessary to pay VAT in the EU and UK the process is incredibly slow and bureaucratic. As such, until we can comply with EU and UK law we are unable to ship items from our webstore to Europe using DDP postage. This means our products will be delivered DAP or Duty Unpaid and customers will be liable to pay the customs charge upon import rather than during checkout. How long is your Standard delivery at this stage?

We’re currently looking at 10-14 days delivery on goods ordered from the website, unfortunately we occasionally encounter unexpected delays due to labor shortages at receiving airports and ocean ports.

 

How do I track my webstore purchase?
When you place an order through our website you should receive an email with your tracking number once one has been assigned. You can track your order using http://track.omniparcel.com/

 

How do I track my Kickstarter Pledge purchase?

When placing a pledge on one of our Kickstarter you will receive tracking information from the courier selected to deliver your order once all the orders have been pick and packed at our warehouse. In addition, we will upload tracking numbers into Backerkit as soon as your order reaches it’s destination continent,
