How do I sync my order to my Ghostfire Gaming Account?

If you have made a new account on our website after purchasing items as a Guest or from our old store, we will be able to manually add your order information to your new account.

Please contact support@ghostfiregaming.com and provide us with your order number and email address used at purchase so we can help you out.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot transfer physical orders information that was made on our older web domain (orders made prior to May 2021) however we can send you receipts and confirmation emails for these purchases.
